What our patients say about us

"Medical Sleep Solutions is very professional as well as caring and understanding for everybody"

Janis Ferguson

"The doctor is amazing. He's extremely knowledgeable. He has an amazing "bedside manner". He will take his time, listen to you, and make sure you understand everything. The office staff was quick to answer any messages. My overnight sleep study was great. The over night staff was attentive, and knew what they were doing!"

Cassandra Meador

"I've been a patient since 2010, great experience with the staff. I will be a patient until the end!"

FAQ

All you need to know

  • What needs to be done before arrival?
Please arrive for your study showered with clean hair, without any styling products. Please do not apply lotions, oils, make-up, or any products to your skin.
  • What do I wear to my appointment?
You are encouraged to arrive in “normal” clothes. You will have the opportunity to change once you arrive. You will need to wear pajamas (modest please) or a T-shirt with shorts/pants for the entire study.
  • What do I bring with me to my appointment?
You may want to bring a robe to wear while you are in public areas. It is possible to see another patient or sleep tech in the hallway. Although pillows and blankets are provided, you may want to bring your own.
  • What do I do when I arrive to my appointment?
When you get to our front door, you will see a silver “doorbell” and a camera. If you click on that button, one of our night techs will answer as quickly as possible. You may have to wait in our Lobby for a few minutes while the tech is hooking up another patient.
  • What is Medical Sleep Solutions' Cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your sleep study appointment, please give us a 48 hour notice at minimum. Medical Sleep Solutions schedules patients as well as employees several weeks in advance. Failure to provide adequate cancellation notice results in a $100 fee.
  • Where can I find additional information?
The morning after your study you will have an opportunity to shower, if desired. We provide towels, soap, and shampoo. However, you are welcome to bring your toiletries. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
